2. Condition of Product: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. If the product has been opened or lightly used, we may offer store credit instead.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all refunds and exchanges.

4. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost.
